Returns and Refunds
Nansher aims to provide a smooth and transparent returns process. Customers may request a return or refund within three days of receiving the product if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect. To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team with order details and a description of the issue. Once the return request is approved, the product must be returned in its original packaging and condition. Refunds will be processed after inspection and verification. Cash on delivery orders will be refunded through bank transfer or another agreed upon method. Returns are not accepted for products damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear. Certain categories such as personal care items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene regulations.
